Return Policy:
Just Play Golf Inc. is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction within 30 days from date of purchase, you may return it to us for a complete refund, including shipping & handling fees (less a $2.00 restocking fee) or a replacement, so long as it is returned with the original packaging and all components (4 items-Club Caddy, Bag clip, Keeper ring and Original packaging) and in good condition.
Defective products:
Any product purchased from Just Play Golf, Inc. at either www.clubcaddygolf.com or www.theclubcaddygolf.com that is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects within 365 days (1 year) of date of purchase will be replaced by Just Play Golf, Inc. for free--no cost to you.
In most cases is not necessary to return the defective product to Just Play Golf, Inc. (saving you shipping costs). Simply send us an email to david@clubcaddygolf.com or customerservice@theclubcaddy.com along with a photo of the defective product and a brief description of the problem.
We appreciate your honesty in relating the facts to us. If your Club Caddy was damaged or broken due to improper use or inadvertent handling, please do not expect us to send you a Free replacement. Product purchase from another retailer should be returned to place of purchased for resolution of any problems.
Please include a return email address and/or phone number so JPG,Inc. can contact you to assist with your replacement .
Return of Special orders, Custom items and/or Personalized items must be cleared with Just Play Golf, Inc before returning.
All returns must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). We suggest USPS for the best return rates.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Just Play Golf, Inc. at www.theclubcaddy.com or www.clubcaddygolf.com . Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
How to return Merchandise:
Products may be returned to our warehouse at the address listed below. To return an item we encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton. Please note the reason for your return. If you do not have your packing slip, list the reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package securely and send to:
